Recipe by: ESSENCE OF EMERIL SHOW#EE101 Combine salmon, capers, mayonnaise, dill and shallots. Taste, and adjust seasonings with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Divide among croutons and top each with a dill sprig. Yield: 2 serving
