Title: Smoked Salmon Butter

Yield: 1 Servings

1/2cUnsalted butter -- room
  Temperature (1
  Stick)
3ozSmoked salmon -- finely
  Chopped
  (about 3/4 cup)
2tbChopped fresh dill

Stir all ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill. Bring to room temperature before using.) Makes 1 cup. Bon Appetit February 1998

Notes: Also very nice on toasted bagels.
