Title: Smoked Salmon Butter

1/2 | c | Unsalted butter -- room |

3 | oz | Smoked salmon -- finely |
Chopped | ||
(about 3/4 cup) | ||
2 | tb | Chopped fresh dill |
Stir all ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill. Bring to room temperature before using.) Makes 1 cup. Bon Appetit February 1998
Notes: Also very nice on toasted bagels.
