Title: Salmon Rice Salad

1/2 | c | Chopped celery |
1/2 | c | Chopped cucumber -- seeded, |
Unpeeled | ||
2 | tb | Onion -- finely chopd |
1/2 | c | Ranch salad dressing -- |
Prepared | ||
Cucumber slices -- if | ||
Desired | ||
Red salmon -- drained & |
Lightly oil a 4 cup milk or bowl. Combine all ingredients except cucumber slices. Mix lightly. Lightly press rice mixture into oiled mold.
