Title: Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad

Dressing: | ||
1/4 | c | Olive oil |
1/2 | c | Red wine vinegar |
1 | tb | Chopped red onion |
1/2 | tb | Sugar |
1 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/2 | ts | Dijon mustard |
1 | ts | Dried basil |
1/2 | ts | Dried oregano |
2 | Cloves crushed garlic | |
Salad: | ||
1 | 9 ounce pack cheese | |
Tortellini -- cooked | ||
Drained and cooled | ||
1/4 | c | Chopped celery |
1/4 | c | Chopped red pepper |
8 3/4 | oz | Garbanzo beans -- |
Rinsed/drained | ||
1 | 2 1/4 ounce | |
Rinseddrained | ||
1 | 6 1/2 ounce | |
Sliced black olives -- | ||
Artichoke hearts -- drained | ||
/ chopped | ||
2 | tb | Chopped fresh basil |
1 | 8 ounce pkg | |
Salmon | ||
Garnish: | ||
Grated parmesan cheese | ||
Freshly ground pepper | ||

Dressing: Combine all ingredients. Let stand at least 2 hours before using to allow flavors to blend. Salad: Combine all ingredients except salmon and toss with dressing. Add salmon and mix gently.
