3 | oz | Thinly sliced, smoked salmon |
(lox style) | ||
4 | oz | Sliced provolone cheese |
1/2 | c | Crumbled semi-soft goat |
Cheese | ||
Fresh marjoram sprigs | ||
(optional) |
Place bread shell on large baking sheet. Arrange the tomato slices, then salmon, then provolone on top. Sprinkle with goat cheese or feta. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 11 to 13 minutes or till heated through. Garnish with fresh marjoram sprigs if desired.
variation: top pizza with roasted garlic.
