Title: Salmon Salad Spread
Categories: Appetizer Sandwich Shell Smoke Salmon
Yield: 2 Servings
1 | cn | Smoked salmon -- drained (6 |
1/2 | -oz) | |
1/3 | c | Finely chopped celery |
1/3 | c | Finely chopped onions |
1/2 | ts | Lemon juice |
1/3 | c | Mayonnaise |
Salt and pepper -- to taste |
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Spread on bread or crackers. Yield: Hor d'oeuvers for 4-6, or 2 large sandwiches. (Can use unsmoked ordinary salmon or tuna in this basic recipe... but then the taste is only ordinary.
