Title: Special Scrambled Eggs

2 | tb | Milk or cream |
Salt and freshly ground pepper | ||

Smoked salmon, slivered with fresh dill or chives, chopped | ||

Mushrooms, sliced and sautéed in butter, with green onions a |
Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan. Beat eggs with a dash of salt and pour into pan.
Stir constantly over moderate-to-low heat until eggs thicken to creamy consistency. Lift pan from heat and stir in milk or cream and smoked salmon or mushrooms as desired.
