2 | | Salmon Fillets |
1/2 | ts | Ginger minced |
1/2 | ts | Garlic minced |
2 | tb | Soy Sauce |
1 | tb | Olive oil |
2 | tb | Fresh parsley |
1 | tb | Fresh basil |
| | Salt and pepper to taste |
In a large sautee pan, add olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt &
pepper. Sautee on medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add fillets to pan and
cover, lowering heat to medium level and cooking for 4 minutes on each
side. Remove and serve with white rice and garnish with fresh parsely and
