Title: Irresistible Smoked Salmon Bites

1/2 | c | Light cream cheese |
2 | ts | Honey mustard |
2 | ts | Grainy mustard |
2 | ts | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
6 | Slices dark rye or pumpernickel bread, crusts trimmed | |
6 | oz | Sliced smoked salmon |
Capers and dill sprigs for garnish |
Place cream cheese in bowl; microwave at Medium for 1 minute to soften. Stir well. Blend in dill, honey mustard, grainy mustard and lemon juice. Generously spread mustard mixture over bread slices; layer with smoked salmon. Cut each slice into 4 triangles or squares, or 6 rectangles. Garnish with capers and dill.
