Title: Herbed Salmon Steaks

1 1/2 | lb | Salmon steaks |
1 | Tbsp Flour | |
2 | Tbsp Plus (see next line) | |
2 | Tsp -lowfat margarine | |
2 | Tbsp Lemon juice | |
1/2 | Cup Dry white wine | |
1 | Tsp Dried basil | |
1/2 | Tsp Dried tarragon | |
1/2 | Tsp Dried rosemary, crumbled | |
2 | Tbsp Minced onion flakes | |

Rinse fish and pat dry. Rub flour into both sides of fish. Melt margarine in saute pan, cook fish for 5 minutes. turn and cook 5 minutes more. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, turning once and basting frequently with pan juices.
