Title: Grilled Salmon with Citrus Aioli

3 | Cloves garlic; peeled | |

1/2 | ts | Ground black pepper |
2 | lg | Egg yolks; at room |

3/4 | c | Olive oil; plus |
1 | tb | Olive oil |
2 | ts | Orange zest |
1 | ts | Lime zest |
1/4 | c | Fresh orange juice |
1 | tb | Fresh lime juice |
4 | Salmon fillets; 5 oz. | |

Put garlic in blender with salt and pepper, and pulse to chop. Add egg yolks, and with the blender running on medium, pour 3/4 cup of oil in a thin stream slowly onto eggs. When blended and thickened, add zests and juices and blend until incorporated. Refrigerated until ready to use.
Heat grill, brush salmon on both sides with 1 tbsp. oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Grill about six minutes on each side.
Serve with citrus aioli.
