Title: Pistachio Crusted Grilled Salmon

Yield: 4 Servings
4 | oz | Pistachio butter |
2 | tb | Finely chopped pistachios |
4 | oz | Sweet butter |
2 | oz | Fresh sourdough or white |
Bread crumbs | ||
2 | tb | Finely chipped green onions |
2 | tb | Fresh lemon juice |
Combine until well mixed and spread generously over: four 5 oz. filets of salmon.
Broil for 5 minutes close to heat. Serve with lightly herbed, steamed red potatoes and your favorite vegetable.
