Title: Salmon/yellow Split Pea Pate

16 | oz | Canned red salmon |
8 | oz | Cream cheese; softened |
1 | c | Cooked yellow split peas; |
Pureed | ||
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
3 | ts | Grated onion |
1 | ts | Prepared horseradish |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Liquid smoke |
Drain and clean salmon, mix with remaining ingredients until smooth. Press into a small salad mold and refrigerate. Invert mold onto plate, garnish with parsley, and serve with crackers or vegetables.
