Title: Grilled Salmon By Nancy Deer with Horns

Yield: 6 Servings

6 Salmon steaks
30 Juniper berries
  Lemon wedges; for garnish
  Salt; to taste
  Pepper; to taste

1. Crush juniper berries and press halfway down in salmon.

2. Grill over coals about 3 minutes each side.

3. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve with lemon wedges.
