Title: Alabama Egg Nog

Yield: 14 Cups

8 Eggs; separated
2 1/2cSugar
1ptBourbon
5cWhipping cream; whipped
2cMilk
2ozRum
  Nutmeg

Combine egg yolks and sugar; beat until smooth. Add bourbon very slowly, beating constantly.

Add 1 cup whipped cream to egg yolk mixture, and beat until smooth; add milk, beating well. Add remaining whipped cream, and beat until smooth; stir in rum. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Chill thoroughly. sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
