Title: Banana Breakfast Shake

1 1/2 | c | Skim or 1% milk |
1 | Banana, frozen, sliced | |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla (optional) |
1/4 | ts | Almond extract (optional) |
Cinnamon for garnish |
1. In a blender container, combine all ingredients, except for cinnamon, until smooth, about 20 secs. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
