Title: Better-Than-Bailey's Irish Cream

2	tb	-or 3 boiling water
1	tb	Instant coffee
14	oz	Sweetened, condensed milk
1/3	pt	-to 1/2 pt. whiskey(to taste
1	sm	Carton heavy cream

Mix all ingredients together. Keep refrigerated.
