Title: Chamomile-Brandy Tea

3/4cHot chamomile tea
1tbBrandy
  Sugar to taste (opt)
  Lemon peel for garnish (opt)

Pour the tea into a cup. Stir the brandy into the tea. Add sugar and garnish with a small strip of lemon peel, if desired.

Variation: for a Chamomile-CrŠme de Menthe Tea, substitute 1 tbs creme de menthe for the brandy and omit the sugar and lemon peel. Proceed as above.
