Papaya peeled and pureed | ||
2 | ts | Honey; to taste |
1/4 | ts | Saffron threads;steeped in |
2 | ts | Hot water |
1 | c | Ice water |
2 | tb | Juice, lemon; to taste |
1 | c | Yogurt |
In a blender, puree the mango or other fruit with other ingredients; chill for 2 hours before serving and stir before serving.
Yield: about 2 to 3 cups
