  (regular, nonfat, or low-fat
1cFruit juice
1cFrozen banana slices or 1
  Banana, peeled and sliced
2 Ice cubes
1tbHoney
 pnCinnamon, otpional

Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
