Title: Fruit Smoothies

1lgCan of diced pineapples in
  Their own juice
1cFinely sliced strawberries
1 Crushed ice as you wish (I
  Like 3 or 4 cups)

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until smooth. I use this recipe almost every other day substituting all different types of fruit. Try it first thing in the morning, it is a great pick - me - up!!
