Title: Fruit Smoothies (Polish Milkshake)

1 | lb | Frozen blueberries -=OR=- |
1 | lb | Frozen pitted cherries |
4 | | Egg yolks; |
3 | tb | Powdered sugar; |
1 | pt | Milk; (2 c.) |
| | Ice cubes |
1 | ts | Lemon peel; grated -=OR=- |
1 | ts | Orange peel grated |
Place frozen fruit in food processor until pureed. Place egg yolks and
sugar in a large bowl; beat until fluffy. Add milk, beating until smooth.
Add pureed fruit, beat until fluffy. Add milk, beating until smooth. Add
pureed fruit, beat until smooth. Place 2 ice cubes in each of 4 to 6
serving glasses. Pour fruit drink into glasses. Garnish with lemon or
