Title: Holiday Punch - Glorious Liqueurs

1 | c | Creme de casis |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
3 | tb | Lemon juice, freshly squeezd |
1 | qt | Cran-raspberry juice |
750 | ml | Bottle champagne, chilled |
12 | oz | Bottle seltzer or club soda |
Ice cubes, optional | ||
Lemon slices |
Combine the creme de casis, sugar, and lemon juice until blended in large pitcher or punch bowl. Pour in cran-raspberry juice. Cover and refrigerate until serving time, or up to two days.
At serving time, pour the punch into a punch bowl if base was stored in a pitcher. Add the champagne and seltzer or club soda. Add the ice and lemon slices, if desired. Serve at once.
