2	ts	Coffee, freshly ground, medium setting.
		Sugar, white, to taste.
		Boiling water

Put in each glass, with a metal spoon to prevent cracking, 2 teaspoons of freshly ground coffee, along with white suagr to taste.

Pour on boiling water, stir slowly to mix, then leave for a few minutes for the grounds to settle.
