3/4		Cup sugar
1		Cup nonfat dry milk
1/2	ts	Dried orange peel mashed in mortar & Pestal

Use 2 tablespoons for each cup of hot water.

Cafe Vienna

1/2 cup instant coffee 2/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Use 2 teaspoons per cup
