A most refreshing drink for Christmas.
Pick a big handful of fresh mint and soak with 3/4 cup of sugar and the juice of 4 lemons for two hours. Place liquid into a glass jug and add a cup of crushed ice and two bottles of ginger ale. Garnish with a few sprigs of fresh mint.
