2	c	Berries*
1	tb	Sugar
1	tb	Lemon juice
1		Tiny strip lemon zest
2	tb	Raspberry liqueur

*Blueberries, raspberries and/or strawberries, alone or combined.

Process all ingredients until smooth. Strain to remove seeds, if desired.

Pour into container, cover and refrigerate.
