Title: Palisade Iced Tea

1/2 | c | Sugar |
2 | Lemons; juiced | |
4 | c | Boiling water |
3 | tb | Earl Grey loose tea or 4 teabags |
Handful of mint leaves | ||
4 | c | Cold water |
Combine sugar, lemon juice and 2 cups of boiling water and steep for 15 minutes. In another container, combine tea, mint and 2 cups of boiling water and steep for 15 minutes. Remove mint and strain both mixtures. Add 4 cups of cold water.
NOTE: The amount of tea and water may be adjusted for a stronger or weaker taste.
