Yield: 2 Pints

4	c	Finely chopped peeled fresh
		Pineapple
2/3	c	Sugar
1	pt	Fresh strawberries, sliced
2	tb	Lemon juice
1/4	c	Strawberry liqueur

Bring all ingredients except liqueur to a simmer. Simmer, stirring and skimming for an hour.

Remove pan from heat, stir in liqueur.

Immediately pour into 2 hot, sterilized 1 pint canning jars. Tightly close and refrigerate when cool.
