1 | ts | Powdered sugar |
2 | ds | Orange juice; * see note |
4 | oz | Club soda; or to fill |
Ice cubes; cracked |

Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add gin, cream, lemon juice, egg whit powdered sugar and orange juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled Colli glass. Top with club soda.
Not worth the risk of giving a customer saminilla from the raw egg and gett sued!
