Title: Spiced Apple Cider

Yield: 2 -1/2 quart

1/2gaApple cider
1cSugar
2tsWhole cloves
1 Whole nutmeg
2cOrange juice
1/2cLemon juice
1/2cApple brandy (optional)
  Cinnamon sticks

Combine apple cider and sugar in a Dutch oven. Tie cloves and nutmeg in a cheesecloth bag; add to cider mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Remove spice bag, and add juices. Stir in brandy, if desired. Simmer until heated. Serve with cinnamon-stick stirrers.

Yield: 2-1/2 quarts.
