1	pt	Strawberries, rinsed and
		Hulled
1/2	c	Orange liqueur
		And/or
		Fraise des Bois (wild
		Strawberry liqueur),
		Divided
2	tb	Sugar
1	c	Heavy cream, well chilled
1/2	pt	Vanilla or strawberry ice
		Cream, slightly softened
6		Whole strawberries, for
		Garnish, optional

Slice strawberries; sprinkle with half the liqueur(s) and sugar, toss gently to coat.

Beat cream, in cold bowl with cold beaters until soft peaks form.

Beat ice cream briefly. Fold in whipped cream and remaining liqueur(s), then the berries.

Divide between 6 serving dishes. Garnish with whole berries, if desired.
