1	lg	Scoop coffee ice cream
1/2	oz	Brandy
1/2	oz	Dark creme de cacao

Combine ingredients in blender and blend for a second or two. Serve in a 4 to 5 ounce parfait glass with a straw.

Or for a firmer texture, place in freezer 5 to 10 minutes and serve with a spoon. Makes 1 serving.
