Title: Tijuana Burgers on the Grill

Yield: 6 Servings
1 1/2 | lb | Lean ground beef |
2 1/2 | ts | Chili powder |
1/4 | c | Red pepper, seeded, |
Peeled, and chopped | ||
1/2 | c | Ketchup |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
6 | tb | Hot mustard relish |
3 | tb | Green onion, diced |
Combine all ingredients except relish and onions; form in 6 large patties about 1 " thick. Prepare coals to hot heat. Oil grill grid. Place patties 4" from heat. Sear 3 minutes on first side. Turn. Raise grill to 5-6" to reduce heat to medium. Grill 4 minutes for rare; 7 minutes for medium; 12 minutes for well done. top each pattie with relish and onion.
