Title: Watermelon Water

3cWatermelon; seeded
3cCold bottled water
1/4cSuperfine sugar
1/4cHierba buena or spearmint; chopped

Place all ingredients in the food processor bowl or blender. Process until smooth. Fill glasses with shaved ice and pour the watermelon water over the ice. Garnish with a sprig of spearmint.
