Title: Watermelon Water

Yield: 6 Servings
3 | c | Watermelon; seeded |
3 | c | Cold bottled water |
1/4 | c | Superfine sugar |
1/4 | c | Hierba buena or spearmint; chopped |
Place all ingredients in the food processor bowl or blender. Process until smooth. Fill glasses with shaved ice and pour the watermelon water over the ice. Garnish with a sprig of spearmint.
