I drank okra coffee once when we had a really good garden and I was trying all sorts of unusual recipes. You roast the seeds and brew it it boiling water. It wasn't too unlike some of the herb teas I've tried. Nothing like coffee, of course. I see in a lot of cheaper brands of coffee they stretch it with grains or seeds.
