Title: Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie

1 1/2 | c | Flour |
2 | tb | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Wesson oil -Filling-- |
1 | 8oz cream cheese | |
1/2 | c | Powdered sugar |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1 | cn | Comstock blueberry pie fillng |
2 | tb | Cold milk |
1 | Bottle whipping cream |
Crust: Whip oil and milk til cloudy and mix with dry ingredients in 9 inch pie pan. Shape with fingers. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Filling: Cream together cheese, sugar and vanilla. Whip cream until stiff and fold into creamed mixture. Pour into cooled crust, spread blueberry filling on top. Arlene Uechi
