Title: Chocolate Chip Cheesecake 2

2 | pk | Cream cheese; 8 oz, softened |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
2 | Eggs | |
3/4 | c | Chocolate chips, mini; divided |
1 | Graham cracker crust |
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the chips. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chips. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with additional chips, fresh fruit and cool whip, if desired. Source: Keebler ad
