4 | | 8 oz. packs cream cheese |
1/2 | c | + 2 tbsp. sugar |
4 | lg | Whole eggs |
2 | lg | Egg yolks |
2 | | Tbsp, flour |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
2 | pt | Raspberries |
filling: melt chocolate over a bowl of barely simmering water. in electric
mixer beat cream cheese till fluffy. add sugar, whole eggs, yolks, flour,
vanilla. add chocolate in a slow stream. beat till filling is combined
well. scatter raspberries over a graham cracker crust. pour filling obver
raspberries. bake at 250 for 1 hour or till top is firm. let cool on a
