3/4 | c | Sugar |
3 | Eggs | |
1 | c | Plain yoghurt |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1 | c | Raisins |
1/2 | c | Honey |
1 1/2 | ts | Powdered sugar |
Butter a 9 inch springform pan and sprinkle with graham cracker or cookie crumbs.In large bowl beat pot cheese, sugar, eggs and yoghurt till very smooth.Add sour cream and vanilla and beat smooth. In small skillet combine raisins and honey and heat until raisins are fully coated with honey.Fold into cheese mixture. Pour into springform pan. bake 400 for 30 minutes and 350 for 1 hour. Cool and chill several hours before serving. Dust with the powdered sugar.
