| 3 | 8 oz cream cheese | |
| 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1 | tb | Flour |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla |
| 12 | Or more vanilla wafers | |
| 1 | Can fruit pie filling |
Justin was a little boy who appeared on the Phil Donahue show, who made this cheesecake at home for family anf friends. Place paper muffin cup liners in muffin tins. Place a vanilla wafer on each paper muffin cup. Beat cream cheese smooth ( Justin used a blender for the recipe ) with sugar and add eggs one at a time. blend in flour and vanilla.Fill each cookie lined muffin cup with the cheese filling. Bake 350 for 20 minutes or until set. When cool, place a dab of cherry pie filling ( or blueberry ) over the individual cheesecakes. Size of the muffin cups determines size of the cheesecakes.Small ones are great for buffets or parties.
