1 | | 9-inch graham cracker crust |
2 | | 8-ounce bars Lucerne fat free cream cheese |
2 | | Eggs |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
2 | ts | Lemon juice |
2 | tb | Flour |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1/4 | c | Lucerne 2% milk |
1/2 | c | Lucerne low fat sour cream |
1 1/2 | ts | Sugar |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using mixer on low speed, combine flour and
milk. Add cream cheese. Increase speed to medium, add eggs, sugar,
vanilla and lemon juice. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 for
40 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven, gently spread
topping* on cake, return to oven. Turn off oven and crack door. Leave cake
in oven to cool. Refrigerate before serving. * To make topping: in a small
bowl, combine the sour cream and sugar. From: Lucerne (Safeway brand) fat
