Title: Luscious Strawberry Cheesecake

1 1/4 | c | Pecans chopped fine |

24 | oz | Cream cheese |
4 | Eggs | |
2 | c | Sugar |
Topping: | ||
2 | c | Sour cream |
1 | c | Sugar |
Strawberry topping: | ||
1 | sm | Pkg strawberry jello |
1 | pt | Fresh strawberries |
1/2 | pt | Whipped cream |
Place chopped pecans on bottom of greased 10 inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese smooth and beat in sugar . blend in eggs. Pour over pecans. bake 325 for 1 1/2 hours. Mix sour cream with sugar and spread over cake and bake 25 minutes longer. cool cake completely. Prepare jello as directed and let cool 15 minutes or to room temperature. Place strawberries atop cake, sliced or whole.Pour enough cooled jello over top of berries to cover. Chill cake overnight. Whip the cream and spread over top of cake or garnish as desired.
