3 1/2cGraham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 Sticks butter melted
  Filling:
3lbCream cheese
2cSugar
3cSour cream
1 1/2tsVanilla
12 Eggs
  Topping:
3cSour cream
6tbSugar
1 1/2tsVanilla

A luxurious cheesecake!Combine graaham crumbs with butter and mix well. Press into bottom and sides of a 10 inch springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at time. Pour into chilled pan. bake 375 for 1 hour. Remove cake to rack and let cool 30 minutes.Combine topping ingredients and blend smooth. spread over cake. Return to a 475 oven and bake 5 minutes. Remove cake to rack to cool completely. chill overnight before serving. let come to room temperature 2 hours before serving.Note: you can decorate the sour cream topping if desired for a birthday or anniversary cake.
