Title: Peanut Butter Cheesecake 2

Yield: 1 Cake

CRUST
1 1/4cGraham cracker crumbs
1/4cSugar
1/2 Stick butter
PEANUT BUTTER MIXTURE
1/2cPeanut butter (creamy)
2/3cPowdered sugar
1/4cBrown sugar
CHEESE FILLING
16ozCream cheese, softened
1cSugar
2tbLemon juice
2tsVanilla
2lgEggs (I used 3)

1. Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar, add melted butter and press into a 9 inch glass pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 8 minutes.

2. Peanut Butter Mixture: Using a fork, cut in powdered sugarwith the peanut butter until balls form. Cut in brown sugar. Pour over crust. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the mixture for garnish.

3. Cheese Filling: mix together cream cheese with lemon juice, sugar , vanilla and eggs with a mixer. Beat 5 minutes. Pour over peanut butter mixture and garnish with the reserved portion. Bake at 350 degrees F. until done. (about 35 minutes>) Cool 3 Hours. Serve.
