6 | oz | Butter |
3 | oz | Flour |
1 3/4 | lb | Cream cheese |

Graham cracker lined pan |
Beat all filling ingrdients except eggs for 10 minutes on medium speed.Blend in eggs one at a time.Pour into graham cracker crumb lined pan. Bake in a water bath ( place cheesecake pan in another pan filled with a few inches of simmering water ) for 50 minutes at 350 or until center is firm. Cool cake in pan and chill well.
