Title: Woolworth's Cheesecake

  Crust;
2cGraham crumbs
1 1/2tbSugar
  Dash cinnamon
1/2cMelted margarine
  Filling:
1smPkg lemon jello
5ozBoiling water
5ozCold water
1/2lbCream cheese
2tbVanilla
1cSugar
1 14 oz can evaporated milk
  Chilled for 24 hours

A collectors recipe. Blend crumbs with melted margarine, sugar and cinnamon. Press around sides and bottom of a 9 x 12 x 2 inch pan. reserve 1/2 cup mixture for topping. Dissolve jello in boiling water. add cold water. Mix and chill to 75 degrees ( use thermometer ). Do not let congeal! Cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on medium speed for 3 minutes.Set aside. Beat chilled evaporated milk on high speed till peaks form. Immediately add jello and continue beating 1/2 minute more. add cheese mixture, blending in on medium speed just to incorporate. do not over beat. Pour into prepared pan Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. chill overnight.
