1 1/4 | c | Cold milk |
1 | pk | 4 oz chocolate pudding |
1 | | Graham cracker pie crust |
1 | c | Cherry pie filling |
1 | c | Whipped topping |
| | Grated chocolate for topping |
In bowl, with electric mixer, at medium speed, beat cream cheese until
smooth; gradually blend in milk. Add pudding mix; beat at low speed for 1
minute, scraping bowl often. Beat at medium speed for 30 seconds. Spread
into pie crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Just before serving, spoon
cherry pie filling over pie. Garnish with shipped topping and grated
chocolate. Serve.
