1	pk	Yellow cake mix
2	sm	Packages instant chocolate
		Pudding
4		Eggs, beaten
1/2	c	Vegetable oil
1 1/2	c	Water
12	oz	Package chocolate chips
		Chocolate icing (opt)

Beat together first five ingredients until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan for one hour at 350 degrees F. Frost when cool.
