1 | Butter stick | |
2 | c | Biscuit mix |
1 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1 | cn | Peaches,sliced (16 oz) |
1. Preheat oven to 350'F. 2. Melt butter in a 1-1/2 quart casserole baking dish; tilt to distribute butter evenly on bottom and sides of dish. 3. Combine biscuit mix and sugar; mix milk and vanilla, add to dry mixture, and stir until blended. Pour over butter in baking dish; do not stir. Pour peaches and peach syrup over top; again, do NOT stir. 4. Bake for about 45 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or well-chilled whipped cream.
